Take your practice outside, starting the day by grounding down on the grass with the fresh, salty air of Summer!

This all levels vinyasa-inspired flow is the perfect way to spend more time outdoors in our wonderful community while connecting deeper to your wild & free. We often need to choose between time spent outside or our practice within a studio, so I wanted to offer the opportunity to ground down in one of the most beautiful spots in Portsmouth.
