I am a certified and insured yoga teacher, achieving my RYT-200 through Soulfire Power Yoga, incorporating the Baptiste method, and teach many different Vinyasa-based styles of yoga including Gentle, Slow Flow, Beats (Hip Hop inspired), Yin, and Nidra. Combining breath and movement, my classes focus on the balance of finding strength and softness not only physically, but within your mental being as well. I believe anyone can do yoga, they just have to give themselves a try. Whether you need to learn the basics, desire to deepen your practice, or would like to re-integrate yoga back into your life, together we can build a meaningful practice.

Class Descriptions:
All Levels - This class is designed for a beginner in mind, but also aimed at the seasoned student who wants to strengthen the foundation of their yoga practice. This class creates an environment that is safe, instructional, and inspiring.
Level 2 - Builds upon the information learned in the All Levels classes, focusing on structural alignment principles for an experience of a stronger and more stable body. These classes also offer more options for advanced postures.
Power - Dive into your core strength and inner power with this Level 2 Baptist-Style Vinyasa Flow. Connecting movement and breath through a fast paced, creative and playful sequence designed to bring fire to your practice. This all levels yoga class will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Modifications and amplifications are given throughout the practice so you can make the practice yours. Note: Studio may be heated up to 75-80 degrees for this class.
Vinyasa Beats - Music is the focus for this hour long, high energy vinyasa yoga class. Leave it all behind as you groove out.
Core Vinyasa - an energizing flow that may incorporate arm balances, inversions and back bending sequences. Previous yoga experience recommended but not required. Open to all levels.
Slow Flow - a vinyasa-based class where the pace and breath are slowed down, allowing you to connect deeper within your body and being. Meditation, restorative, and yin are offered within the class to further root down.
Yoga Nidra - Also known as Yogic Sleep, Nidra is a guided meditation bringing you through the many layers of consciousness and subconsciousness. You gain the opportunity to tap into the deepest, most precious nooks and crannies of your being. It's scientifically proven to dramatically reduce stress, and spiritually proven to help you find greater peace and clarity within.

Consultation: We will review any injuries or points of stress, discuss your goals, and review several breathing techniques used within a yoga practice.
